USA - EB-5 INVESTOR IMMIGRATION
U.S. immigration law makes visas available to immigrant investors seeking to to engage in new commercial enterprises that benefit the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment. A qualifying investment must create 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers.
Requirement of applications include proof of lawful source of investment funds in new commercial enterprises or government approved EB-5 projects, for a minimum of US$1.8 million or $900K depending on where investments are made.
